Art Work
The art I create is a journey through emotions coming to life with a mixture of colors and textures. I enjoy working with unusual household items to bring texture or paint strokes to my canvas. One of my explorations is repurposing base materials when possible. I scour local thrift stores or garage sales to find a frame or canvas that needs a new home. While I paint in silence, the colors, brushes, and subjects speak to me while I transform the concept onto the canvas. I am perpetually challenging myself to tackle new subjects. The creation of art that brings joy to others inspires me to paint.
